Experienced 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Team Member

Systemagic, Bath’s leading Business IT Support company, is looking for an experienced and qualified IT Support professional who is able to bring significant technical, supervisory and customer service skills to the team that supports our ever growing client base in Bath and the surrounding area. Working at 2nd/3rd level support standard, you will be expected to handle the more complex issues that our team faces as well as assist other team members with technical issues.

A detailed knowledge of all Microsoft server operating systems is a must together with a strong understanding of the following technologies: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, VPNs, Virtualisation technologies, Plesk, firewalls, routers. Knowledge of Cisco IOS desirable. The successful candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills together with the ability to work with clients on all levels, and will have ideally worked previously in a support environment. Appropriate industry certification is expected.
